The Exponential Entrepreneur & Financial Leadership Lab

By checking the box next to these Terms of Use and clicking the “Purchase” button, you (“Client”) agree to purchase access to one of the following offerings, as selected at checkout:

- - The Exponential Entrepreneur Capacity Collective
  - The Exponential Entrepreneur Capacity Accelerator
  - The Exponential Entrepreneur Capacity Immersion
  - The Exponential Entrepreneur Financial Leadership Lab Only

These offerings are provided by The Conscious Edge, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Coach”).

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding agreement with Coach and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

In consideration of the fees and payment schedule selected at checkout and described in the Payment section of this Agreement, Client agrees to purchase the selected program (the “Program”). In exchange, Coach agrees to provide the services associated with the selected Program as described on the checkout page and in the Program Outline Addendum, which is incorporated by reference.

Client understands and agrees that Coach will utilize coaching methodologies and tools consistent with her training and professional experience and that the nature and structure of services vary based on the Program selected.

1. Program Outline:

A. The Exponential Entrepreneur
Client acknowledges and agrees that the selected Exponential Entrepreneur tier includes the following, as applicable:
- Capacity Collective
  A 12-month, self-paced coaching program with live group Lab-based support offered during the first four weeks of each month.
- Capacity Accelerator
  Includes all Capacity Collective components, plus one (1) private coaching session per month for a total of twelve (12) private sessions during the Program term.
- Capacity Immersion
- Includes all Capacity Collective components, plus three (3) private coaching sessions per month for a total of thirty-six (36) private sessions during the Program term, including (1) Personal Soul Purpose Session, and access to the Financial Leadership Lab.
Specific Program components, structure, and inclusions are detailed in the Program Outline Addendum.

B. Financial Leadership Lab Only Option
If Client has selected the Financial Leadership Lab Only option, Client will receive access to the live, monthly Financial Leadership Lab sessions only, typically held during the fourth week of each month. This option does not include access to other Exponential Entrepreneur programming, curriculum, or coaching.

C. Acknowledgement of Program Scope
Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the Program Outline Addendum and conducted any additional research necessary to understand what is included in the selected Program, as well as what is not included. Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Program Outline Addendum, and any general policies or procedures referenced herein or made available on Coach’s website.

2. Non- Disclosure

A. Following Client’s participation in this program, Client will have gained access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of Coach, including but not limited to materials such as verbal advice, mindset guidance, written templates, modules, technical information, business advice, and/or other information that may have become available for use through Client’s participation in Program. Client understands and acknowledges that this information is not to be openly shared with others who have not participated in Program.

B. Client agrees not to share, copy, or distribute any documents or other proprietary information obtained through Program, and agrees that he/she/they will be in violation of these Terms of Use if he/she/they use(s) any of the Content outlined as his/her/their own material, or repurposes and uses the Content in his/her/their own business as a product or service being offered for sale, without express written permission of Coach. Client also understands and agrees he/she/they will not disclose or use any information provided to Client as part of her membership and/or ability to participate in Program, other than for personal use in her own business and social media accounts without permission from Coach.

3. Testimonials

A. Coach may request Client provide a testimonial to be published on Coach’s website or featured on Coach’s social media accounts. Client understands that he/she/they is/are not required to give any testimony and understands that the choice to do so is freely up to Client. There will be no ramifications or change in relationship between Coach and Client if Client refuses testimonial.
B. If Client accepts and provides Coach with a testimonial, Client understands the material, along with a photo of Client, will likely be published on Coach’s website, social media, or otherwise. Should Client agree to provide a testimonial, Client will agree to review and sign an additional Release if asked, confirming same, and confirming Coach’s rights to use Client’s testimonial. No payment or additional services will be provided in return for Testimonial, and Client understands he/she/they is/are granting Coach an unlimited, irrevocable license in perpetuity to use, publish, distribute, or repurpose any information provided to Coach as part of a Testimonial.

4. Payment and Payment Plan

A. The Exponential Entrepreneur Immersion (Private Coaching)
- i. PAYMENT: Client understands the cost of the program is nineteen thousand two hundred U.S. dollars ($19,200.00) which is payable up front, in full, unless a payment plan has been offered by Coach, or a promotion has been offered by Coach. Client agrees to render payment via credit card on Coach’s sales and checkout page for Program. Client understands he/she/they is responsible for the full payment and agrees to pay the sum requested electronically, via Coach’s website or a designated third-party payment processor of Coach’s choosing, in full. Absent an agreement regarding a payment plan with Coach, Client must complete payment in full before becoming entitled to any products or services included within Program.
- ii. PAYMENT PLAN: Client has the option at checkout to choose to make 12 monthly payments of $1600. Client understands this is a payment plan and not a monthly membership, therefore, Client is obligated to pay the full amount agreed upon from Coach’s sales page in order to maintain access to the coaching and digital portion. Should Client decide not to continue in the program, this does not waive his/her/their responsibility to continue making payments for the agreed upon time. Client may request a buyout at 50% of the remaining balance still owed to be paid in full if the client wishes to withdraw from the program and stop further payments.
B. The Exponential Entrepreneur Accelerator (Group Coaching + Individual Support)
- i. PAYMENT: Client understands the cost of the program is thirty thousand two hundred U.S. dollars ($13,200.00) which is payable up front, in full, unless a payment plan has been offered by Coach, or a promotion has been offered by Coach. Client agrees to render payment via credit card on Coach’s sales and checkout page for Program. Client understands he/she/they is responsible for the full payment and agrees to pay the sum requested electronically, via Coach’s website or a designated third-party payment processor of Coach’s choosing, in full. Absent an agreement regarding a payment plan with Coach, Client must complete payment in full before becoming entitled to any products or services included within Program.
- ii. PAYMENT PLAN: Client has the option at checkout to choose to make 12 monthly payments of $1100. Client understands this is a payment plan and not a monthly membership, therefore, Client is obligated to pay the full amount agreed upon from Coach’s sales page in order to maintain access to the coaching and digital portion. Should Client decide not to continue in the program, this does not waive his/her/their responsibility to continue making payments for the agreed upon time. Client may request a buyout at 50% of the remaining balance still owed to be paid in full if the client wishes to withdraw from the program and stop further payments.
C. The Exponential Entrepreneur Capacity Collective (Group Coaching)
- i. PAYMENT: Client understands the cost of the program is eight thousand four hundred U.S. dollars ($8,400.00) which is payable up front, in full, unless a payment plan has been offered by Coach, or a promotion has been offered by Coach. Client agrees to render payment via credit card on Coach’s sales and checkout page for Program. Client understands he/she/they is responsible for the full payment and agrees to pay the sum requested electronically, via Coach’s website or a designated third-party payment processor of Coach’s choosing, in full. Absent an agreement regarding a payment plan with Coach, Client must complete payment in full before becoming entitled to any products or services included within Program.
- ii. PAYMENT PLAN: Client has the option at checkout to choose to make 12 monthly payments of $700. Client understands this is a payment plan and not a monthly membership, therefore, Client is obligated to pay the full amount agreed upon from Coach’s sales page in order to maintain access to the coaching and digital portion. Should Client decide not to continue in the program, this does not waive his/her/their responsibility to continue making payments for the agreed upon time. Client may request a buyout at 50% of the remaining balance still owed to be paid in full if the client wishes to withdraw from the program and stop further payments.
D. The Exponential Entrepreneur Financial Leadership Lab Only
- i. PAYMENT: Client understands the cost of the program is nine hundred ninety-seven U.S. dollars ($997) which is payable up front, in full, unless a payment plan has been offered by Coach, or a promotion has been offered by Coach. Client agrees to render payment via credit card on Coach’s sales and checkout page for Program. Client understands he/she/they is responsible for the full payment and agrees to pay the sum requested electronically, via Coach’s website or a designated third-party payment processor of Coach’s choosing, in full. Absent an agreement regarding a payment plan with Coach, Client must complete payment in full before becoming entitled to any products or services included within Program.
- ii. PAYMENT PLAN: No payment plan is available for this selection.
E. Should Client fail to make timely payments, or if additional payments are not able to be processed, Client understands: (1) all coaching and access to digital portion may be suspended if payment is not made within five days of the date it is due and remain in effect until payment has been made or alternative payment arrangement has been negotiated, (2) he/she/they must contact Coach to request an alternative pay arrangement to remain in the program, (3) Coach is not obligated to negotiate an alternative payment arrangement and will consider on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Coach and (4) the remainder of the Program may be forfeited if payment is not made within thirty days of the date it is due and an alternative payment arrangement has not been negotiated.
F. Coach reserves the right to cancel or cease working with Client should he/she/they fail to make additional payments in accordance with the payment plan as agreed upon at the beginning of the Program. Should this occur, Client understands she is not entitled to a refund of funds already issued to Coach in exchange for work completed thus far, and it is up to the sole discretion of Coach whether Client is to have continued access to any materials made available to Client during the Program up until payments were missed. If Client and Coach have not agreed upon a payment plan, Client understands one is not available, and agrees to provide payment in full, upfront, in the manner(s) designated on Coach’s sales page.

5. Refund Policy

A. Due to the subjective nature of the Program provided by Coach, and Coach’s inability to control Client’s availability, motivation, external forces, financial situation, or level of engagement in Program, Coach is not able to offer refunds once Client has purchased the program. Please conduct any and all necessary research to determine if Program is right for you prior to purchasing. Once the purchase is made, Client will not be eligible to receive a refund.

6. Term; Termination

A. Following agreement to these Terms of Use and purchase of Program, Client is to have access to Digital Portion of the Program for a period of twelve (12) months after purchase, depending on the option that was selected at checkout. After this time, the Client will have the option to renew with Coach at the current offering at the time of renewal. These Terms shall be in full force and effect for as long as Program is offered, and/or as long as Client continues to use and access Program, whichever is longer.
B. Coach may elect to terminate Client’s ability to access Program in the event of a breach of these Terms, failure to make required payments in accordance with an agreed upon payment plan, suspected illegal activity, including but not limited to infringement or any other form of distribution or copying of any portion of Program.

7. Voluntary Participation

A. Client understands and agrees that he/she/they is voluntarily choosing to enroll in Program and is solely responsible for any outcomes or results. While Coach believes in its services and that Program is able to help many people, Client acknowledges and agrees that Coach is not responsible nor liable to Client should Client sustain any injuries, incur harm, or encounter any negative ramifications. Client agrees that he/she/they is fully responsible for his/her/their health and well-being, including participation in Program and any results therein.

8. Disclaimer

A. Coach cannot guarantee results of Program, and cannot make any representations or guarantees regarding individual results. Client will hold Coach and Program harmless if he/she/they does/do not experience the desired results.
B. Earnings Disclaimer: Coach also does not make any guarantees or assurances regarding a particular financial outcome based on use of Program, nor is Coach responsible for Client earnings, or any increase or decrease in finances based upon information within Program. Any information or testimonials regarding past or current clients’ participation in programs, or working with Coach contained on Website or in sales material that contain financial information are individual, and results may vary.
C. Client understands that all services provided by Coach in connection with the Program being purchased are provided on an “as is” basis, meaning it is without any guarantees, representations, or warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expectation or course of performance. Client is choosing to purchase this Program and work with Coach on a purely voluntary basis and does not hold Coach or Program responsible should Client become dissatisfied with any portion of the Program.
D. Client agrees that he/she/they does not have a cause of action, legal remedy, and is not entitled to a refund should he/she/they not achieve the results desired following completion of the program, as long as Coach delivers the Program as described in Paragraph 1 above, or similar substitutes, upon additional agreement by Coach and Client.
E. Client also understands Coach is not a doctor, nurse, lawyer, financial adviser, psychic, licensed therapist, or otherwise, and agrees to hold Coach harmless should any physical, emotional, or financial injury occur as a direct or indirect result of the Program. The content provided by Coach on her website and within the Program is comprised of information that has worked for Coach and other clients, and may or may not be useful to Client in his/her/their personal business or life. Client understands Coach cannot guarantee results from this Program, and has no expectation of a specific result that he or she holds Coach responsible for.

9. Intellectual Property

A. Client agrees and understands that Coach has created numerous original, creative works in connection with the Program and retains a license agreement with Minds at Work, LLC to use Immunity to Change intellectual property and Peak to Peak Solutions and agrees that Coach maintains all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all original or derivative content associated with or included in the Program, whether created prior to working with Client or specifically for Client, including but not limited to: documents, charts, emails, graphs, products, systems, processes, handouts, worksheets, copy for website or sales pages, and any other original work created by Coach. Client agrees she may be granted a limited right to use selected materials in the course of his or her own business, but understands that the original proprietary rights remain with Coach. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a transfer of ownership of any Intellectual Property from Coach to Client, nor grant any license to use the information, other than that which is expressly provided throughout the course of the Program.
B. Client agrees and understands he/she/they is not to copy, repost, alter, publish, sell, assist others in selling, manipulate, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content or intellectual property provided by Coach or obtained through working with Coach, without Coach’s express written consent. If such behavior is discovered or suspected, Coach reserves the right to immediately end Client’s participation in the Program without refund, as well as access to any program or materials Client may have purchased, without refund, and reserve the right to prosecute any actionable infringement or misuse to the full extent of the law.
C. Licensee Rights: Coach’s Limited License to Client: Client understands that in purchasing the Program, she/he is gaining access to view all content and information available as part of the Program, as well as any additional information or content shared with him/her by Coach as she sees fit. Client understands this means he/she/they will have been granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to read and use the information provided for use in his/her/their business and life, as instructed or allowed by Coach. As a “Licensee,” Client understands and agrees that Client will not:
- i. Copy, edit, distribute, duplicate or steal any information or any Content obtained through Program without written permission by Coach;
- ii. Post, distribute, copy, steal or otherwise use any portion of the Program or its content, or information obtained via other members in the group Program without written permission by Coach, and understand that any such use may constitute infringement, which may give rise to a cause of action against Client.
- iii. Claim any content created by Coach as part of the Program or otherwise given to Client is his/her/their own, meaning he/she/they cannot claim any content created by Coach was Client’s work, and use in his/her/their business as his/her/their own.
- iv. Share purchased materials, information, content with others who have not purchased them.
- v. Client further acknowledges and understands that any such actions including but not limited to those outlined above will likely constitutes infringement and/or theft of our work, and a violation of this Agreement and United States Federal laws.

10. Indemnification

A. Client agrees at all times to defend, fully indemnify and hold Coach and any affiliates, agents, team members or other party associated with Coach harmless from any causes of action, injury, illness, misunderstanding, damages, losses, costs, expenses incurred as a result of Client’s use of Program, as well as any third-party claims of any kind (including attorney’s fees) arising from his/her/their actions as a direct or indirect result of Client’s participation in Program. Should Coach be required to defend herself in any action directly or indirectly involving Client, or an action where we decide Client’s participation or assistance would benefit Coach’s defense, Client agrees to participate and provide any evidence, documents, testimony, or other information deemed useful by Coach, free of charge.

11. Dispute Resolution

A. Should a dispute arise between Coach and Client, the parties agree to attempt to resolve by good-faith negotiations and discussions. (Client agrees that failure to see results is not a basis for a “dispute” and agrees he/she/they does/do not hold Coach responsible for any specific results, or those results which have been achieved by other clients of Coach.)
B. If unable to reach a resolution informally, Client and Coach agree that all disputes will be submitted for Arbitration by the American Arbitration Association, to be completed in Columbus, Ohio within a reasonable amount of time. Client and Coach agree to participate in the arbitration process in good faith and in a manner that will effectively and efficiently resolve the dispute at hand, including the exchange of any materials, documents, or information. The decision made by the arbitrator is to be final and binding on both parties and is not to be appealed or otherwise set aside. It is to be enforceable in any court of proper jurisdiction as a judgment of law or decree.

12. Applicable Law

A. This Agreement shall be governed by and under control of the laws of Ohio regardless of conflict of law principles, and regardless of location of Client. Client understands this and agrees that the laws of Ohio are to be applicable here.

13. Amendments

A. This agreement may be altered, amended, changed, extended, or otherwise updated based upon the changes in relevant laws, the course or program being purchased, or due to Coach’s choosing. Your continued use of the product or service will constitute agreement to this document in its most updated form.

PROGRAM OUTLINE ADDENDUM

The Exponential Entrepreneur & Financial Leadership Lab

This Program Outline Addendum describes the structure and components of the programs offered by The Conscious Edge. This outline is descriptive in nature and is intended to clarify program format and participation. All other terms regarding payment, access, ownership, responsibilities, and policies are governed by the Terms of Use.

1. Program Delivery Model

All offerings described below are delivered through a Lab-based model.

Labs are live, facilitated sessions designed for coaching, reflection, integration, implementation, and leadership development. Labs are group-based unless otherwise specified and may include teaching, coaching, facilitated discussion, and guided exercises.

Labs are not therapy, consulting, or professional services and do not constitute individualized advice.

2. The Exponential Entrepreneur (TEE)

The Exponential Entrepreneur is a multi-tiered coaching ecosystem focused on expanding leadership, emotional, energetic, time, relational, and financial capacity.

All tiers participate in the same monthly Lab rhythm. Differences between tiers relate to level of private coaching access, not core curriculum or Lab participation.

3. Monthly Lab Rhythm

Unless otherwise stated, participation in The Exponential Entrepreneur includes access to the following live Labs each month:

Integration & Coaching Labs

Two (2) sessions per month
Typically held during the first and third weeks of the month
60 minutes per session
Focus on reflection, coaching, capacity expansion, leadership patterns, and integration

Focus & Implementation Lab

One (1) session per month
Typically held during the second week of the month
90 minutes
Focus on applying insights, aligned execution, decision-making, and implementation

Financial Leadership Lab

One (1) session per month
Typically held during the fourth week of the month
60 minutes
Focus on financial clarity, leadership, stewardship, and capacity as it relates to money

On occasion, Lab dates or sequencing may shift due to scheduling conflicts. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible, and substantially equivalent programming will be delivered.

4. Program Tiers

4.1 Capacity Immersion

Capacity Immersion is the highest-touch experience within The Exponential Entrepreneur.

Includes:

Three (3) private 1:1 coaching sessions per month with Alecia St. Germain
- Private coaching sessions are scheduled separately from Labs.
One (1) 90-minute Personal Soul Purpose Session
- - A facilitated, individualized session focused on exploring the participant’s energetic and purpose framework to support clarity, alignment, and intentional decision-making.
Access to the Collective curriculum modules available during the Client’s active enrollment period
Access to all monthly Labs:
- - Integration & Coaching Labs
  - Focus & Implementation Lab
  - Financial Leadership Lab
Priority Between-Session Support (Direct Messaging)
- - Limited access to between-session support via direct messaging for clarification, grounding, and integration, with responses provided within one (1) business day during normal business hours. Direct messaging support is intended for non-urgent clarification and integration support and is not monitored continuously.

4.2 Capacity Accelerator

Capacity Accelerator is a hybrid experience combining group Labs with limited private coaching.

Includes:

One (1) private 1:1 coaching session per month with Alecia St. Germain
- Private coaching sessions are scheduled separately from Labs.
Personalized Soul Purpose Video Reading
- A recorded, individualized interpretation of the participant’s strengths, growth edges, and purpose framework to support aligned leadership and decision-making. Personalized Soul Purpose Video Reading
Access to the Collective curriculum modules available during the Client’s active enrollment period
Access to all monthly Labs:
- - Integration & Coaching Labs
  - Focus & Implementation Lab
  - Financial Leadership Lab
Between-Session Support (Direct Messaging)
- Limited between-session support via direct messaging for clarification and grounding as patterns arise, with responses provided within two (2) business days during normal business hours. Direct messaging support is intended for non-urgent clarification and integration support and is not monitored continuously.

4.3 Capacity Collective

Capacity Collective is a group-based experience focused on shared learning and implementation.

Includes:

Access to the Collective curriculum modules available during the Client’s active enrollment period
Personalized Soul Purpose Printout
- An individualized written summary outlining purpose-oriented themes and considerations to support aligned decision-making and energy management.
Access to all monthly Labs:
- - Integration & Coaching Labs
  - Focus & Implementation Lab
  - Financial Leadership Lab
Coach-Facilitated Group Messaging App
- A shared group messaging space facilitated by the coaching team to support connection, perspective, grounding, and encouragement between Labs. Direct messaging support is intended for non-urgent clarification and integration support and is not monitored continuously.

Capacity Collective does not include private 1:1 coaching.

5. Financial Leadership Lab (Standalone Option)

The Financial Leadership Lab may be offered as a standalone program, separate from The Exponential Entrepreneur.

Includes:

Access to Financial Leadership Lab sessions only
Live, educational, and coaching-based instruction related to financial leadership and capacity
May include tools, worksheets, or reflection materials

This standalone option does not include access to other Labs, curriculum, or programs within The Exponential Entrepreneur.

6. Program Modifications

Program components, Lab topics, facilitators, and scheduling may evolve over time to reflect the needs of participants and the integrity of the program. Any material changes will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Clarifying Language

Participation in any program outlined above provides access to the experiences described but does not guarantee specific outcomes, individualized results, or ongoing access beyond the stated program scope.

Client acknowledges that this Program Outline Addendum describes the scope of what is included within the Program. If Client expected additional information, products, services, or support that are not expressly listed above, Client understands those items may not be included.

Coach is under no obligation to provide anything beyond what is outlined in this Program Outline Addendum, except where limited-time bonuses or updates are expressly communicated.

No edits or amendments may be made to this Program Outline Addendum without the express written consent of both parties.

By completing the online purchase and being charged the applicable amount, Client confirms that he/she/they has/have reviewed this Program Outline Addendum, completed any additional research deemed necessary, and asked any questions needed to feel appropriately informed about the Program.

Client understands that no refunds will be issued except as otherwise outlined in the Terms of Use.

This is my all-time favorite from my mom’s kitchen.

Mom’s Famous Mac & Cheese

Serves 4 – 6 People

1 – 8 oz. box of Velveeta in 1 inch cubes
¼ c. shredded cheddar cheese
¼ c. shredded parmesan cheese
¼ c. butter
1 t. seedy mustard (heaping)
2 t. cornstarch
½ c. sour cream
2 c. dry macaroni cooked
breadcrumbs or sesame seeds

While the macaroni is cooking, heat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium saucepan, mix all ingredients together, except macaroni and breadcrumbs. Heat over medium heat until all cheese has melted and sauce thickens slightly. Do not boil. Place cooked noodles in a 2.5 quart casserole dish and pour thickened sauce over noodles. Sprinkle top with your choice of breadcrumbs or sesame seeds and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
